Air fryer vegetables can be quick and excellent, but water-heavy and dense vegetables need different handling.

Use these as a starting point, then check temperature, texture and doneness before serving.
Method
Cook it in order.
- Cut vegetables into similar sizes.
- Use a light coating of oil and avoid wet marinades at the start.
- Cook at 180-200C, shaking once or twice.
- Add delicate greens later if cooking mixed vegetables.
- Season again after cooking if needed.
Avoid
Common mistakes.
Cooking dense carrots with thin courgette slices for the same time.
Using too much oil or wet sauce.
Skipping the shake and getting browned tops with undercooked bottoms.
